For years I was just going through the motions. I was not reaching my potential. Work was just a means to an end – a paycheque. I was lacking passion and direction. I now see that I was living in a fog.
I used to be a regular office worker just showing up and feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Eventually I made a decision to live more intentionally and strive to reach my potential. I set a goal to improve my quality of life and began reading, researching and learning how to take focused action.
I have spent the past 5 years researching strategies for a better life. Time management, efficiency, goal setting and living with intention have all been keys for me.
My goal is to share the time ownership, productivity and goal setting strategies that changed my life and put me on a path of reaching my full potential. I want you to benefit from what I’ve learned and take control of your time, habits and your life.
